For about the last ten years, I’ve taken numerous vehicles to this business over which time, we’ve developed a very trusting relationship. Everything is done properly, the proprietor and his staff always have the pleasant courtesy of ringing if anything unusual or expensive has been discovered, or when the vehicle is ready to be collected. The prices of repairs and RWCs are very reasonable, the prices of tyres are very competitive, so much so that I don’t bother going anywhere else, even though we’re now based far away. Many of Australia’s businesses, big and small, would do well to run their business the way that Crawford and Michael do.
